We ate here a few times whilst in Oaxaca. Food was great! Our favourite are the mixed tlayuda and caldo con pollo. Service was great, there are sanitizers each table and a sink to wash your hands. Like any other comedor in the market, you share the table with others.

Very nice stand in the middle of the Mercado 20 de Novembre. The staff Is really nice and fast, the atmosphere is super nice (in the middle of a busy market), and I loved the Tlayuda with chicken I ordered, it was the size of a truck's wheel and delicious; make sure to be hungry before eating that :)

Visit for a local experience in the middle of the market. A single option for tamale: chicken with black mole - tasty with lots of mole included. Best hot chocolate tried in the area - still (too) sweet but more chocolately than others, especially if ordered with a water base.

So good. Monday, they have Mole Amarillo de Res and had it with an order of rice. The dish was so good, the price is right. If you want to try the real Oaxaca cuisine, visit here!

This place is always busy, so expect to wait in line when you arrive. Seating is family style, with many parties sharing the same table. The kitchen is quick, especially with how busy they are! We tried almost the whole menu, and everything was amazing! Also, the tamales are HUGE, so order accordingly!
